2) Passengers must complete a “Quarantine Questionnaire at https://arqs-qa.followup.mhlw.go.jp/#/
3) Submit a written pledge when enter Japan. See info at https://www.mhlw.go.jp/content/000753089.pdf
4) Have a smartphone(*) to install mandatory apps. See info at https://www.mhlw.go.jp/content/000753094.pdf
(*) Have a smartphone is a must with mandatory apps required from Japan Government to entry clearance in Japan. Who’s smartphone with no capacity to work with this apps, will be mandatory to rent one at passengers cost.
